If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes or other products, we are happy to assist you with our hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from Glotopic. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Condition of the Product: Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process the return. This can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or custom-made products.

2. How to Return Your Product

  3. Ship the Item: Once you have received the Return Authorization Number, ship the item back to us. The return shipping address will be provided to you upon approval of the return request. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  4. Return Processing: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product is approved for return, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

3. Exchange Policy
